Narrabeen Holiday Rental Prices and Availability

The flat price is based on rental of the whole apartment for a total of 4 people. Minimum rental is 2 nights (1 week min during high season), maximum rental 2 months unless otherwise agreed.

The price structure is based on a seasonal calendar:

• High Season - 20 Dec-31 Jan 2014, Easter (Thur - Thursday) - $250/nt
  
• Mid Season - 2-26 April, 24 Sept-19 Dec, 1 Feb-28 Mar 2014 - $175/nt (Sun-Thurs) & $210/nt (Fri-Sat)
  
• Low Season - All other times - $150/nt (Sun-Thurs) & $175/nt (Fri-Sat)

Security Deposit
There is a $300 security deposit payable prior to your stay. As long as the property is left in the same state as it was rented to you, this deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.
